The Brief

Savvi needed a website that would clearly communicate this positioning and set them apart in a crowded recruitment market.

The site needed to clearly communicate services to employers, support candidates in exploring opportunities and career advice, present job listings in an accessible and intuitive way, reinforce credibility through content, testimonials and insights and encourage enquiries and engagement from both audiences.

The challenge was to create a digital experience that feels structured and professional, without losing the human tone that defines the Savvi brand.

The Process

We focused on simplifying the experience and making the site easy to understand from the first interaction. Rather than trying to serve all audiences at once, we structured the platform around clear pathways, allowing users to quickly identify where they fit and what to do next.

At the same time, we worked to ensure that the tone and messaging reflected Savvi’s more personal approach to recruitment, avoiding overly corporate or generic language. We began by reviewing how users typically interact with recruitment websites and identifying areas where friction often occurs.

From this, we developed a structure that:

  • separates employer and candidate journeys clearly
  • simplifies navigation across services, roles and resources
  • prioritises key actions such as job search and enquiries
  • integrates supporting content such as advice, insights and testimonials

We also refined the content and messaging to ensure it felt natural and approachable, while still maintaining a professional standard.

Particular attention was given to the job search experience, ensuring users can quickly browse roles and access relevant information without unnecessary steps.

The design adopts a clean and contemporary style, with an emphasis on clarity and usability.

Key elements include a straightforward layout that supports easy navigation, clearly defined sections for different user groups, consistent visual hierarchy to guide users through content and strong calls to action encouraging engagement.

The overall feel is approachable and confident, reflecting Savvi’s positioning without relying on overly complex design.
